Well, we just made it through eclipse season—how are you holding up? I know, that’s a loaded question.

I’ve heard story after story, and I’ve lived story after story, of people and myself saying, I am ready for this to be over. I don’t know if my body can take this any longer. On the ground, it’s a real-life soap opera. And every time I look at the planets, I see something intense, active, and transformative, playing out in the sky.

But maybe I’m an idealist, because what I also see is HOPE.

It’s crazy out there. I don’t know about you, but everywhere I look, there’s change, chaos, confusion, shock, and grief. At the same time, I’m encouraged by the ways communities are responding—with courage, support, and connection. I’m trying to stay grounded, but when the waters are this rough, it’s tough.
