Spiritual Direction
Spiritual direction is a place to be companioned in exploring and deepening your spiritual life, beliefs, and experiences. This is a one-on-one session, focusing on your personal story, your emotions and your spiritual experience. Spiritual Directors are trained in deep listening and accompany you on your journey with compassion and curiosity, honoring both the ordinary and the sacred parts of life, offering a non-judgmental space for you to explore your inner world and your relationship with the Divine.

This session is to meet Polly, and for her to get to know you and your desires in finding a Spiritual Director. Polly will share her story and process in how she holds this space, as well as hearing from you and what you looking for in these sessions. Free / 45 minutes

These are ongoing Spiritual Direction sessions with Polly. $80/hour
Cosmic Direction
Cosmic Direction is a unique space combining insights from your astrological chart with a dedicated space for reflection and processing.

This session focuses on your birth chart, especially your sun, moon and rising sign. We will look at natural challenges and natural support that you may have in your chart. We will also briefly discuss current transits that you can be paying attention to. This session is heavily informational, and will give you a lot to process on your own. If you would like ongoing support, you can always book a follow-up session to for reflection and processing space. $125/hour

This session is for clients that have already had an initial birth chart session with Polly. We will look at anything in your chart you would like to process, as well as any current and upcoming transits that you can be paying attention to. This session is less informational and leaves more space for processing and support. $100/hour

She blends the wisdom of the Christian mystics and Celtic spirituality in Spiritual Direction, as well as ways to align with rhythms of the stars in Cosmic Direction.
